Hill and Hollow is a certified organic farm in the heart of South Central Kentucky. We raise Jacob Sheep and create heritage single-breed yarn and roving. We also raise and use regionally adapted dye plants. We use locally sourced base yarn to create yarns and fiber products that highlight the beauty achievable from plant dyes. We are a mother-daughter team, and in addition to creating the kind local yarns, we host farm workshops to share the knowledge we have gained and learn from other fiber folks in the region.
